season. Originated from Germany. Produces high yields. Very
tolerant to cold. White skinned with a blush of pink, its 6-8 cloves
per head are easy to peel. Good all-around garlic with a medium hot

Romanian Red
- Late
season. Originated from Romania. Its 4-6 large cloves per head
peel very easily and boast a hot, pungent taste with a healthy,
long-lasting bite. Maintains its flavor very well and is a
superb garlic for medicinal purposes as it tests highest for allicin. [Continental]
Georgian Fire - Very late season. Originated from the Republic of Georgia. Has
a clean white appearance, with 5-8 cloves. As its name suggests, this
is a hot one and excellent for salsas and other Mexican dishes. [Continental]
Italian
Purple - Mid
season. Originated from Italy. Its 8-10 cloves per head peel
easily and provide spicy, hot flavor with a pleasant non-sulfurous

Spanish Roja
- Mid season.
Originated from Spain. Hottest of our rocambole strains. Rated
number one in garlic taste-tests across the country. Excellent choice
for the true garlic connoisseur. [Rocambole]
Chesnok Red - Late season. Originated from the
Republic of Georgia. Top cooking garlic that retains its
flavor. Exceptional for roasting. [Hardneck purple stripe]
Elephant Garlic - Late season. This extra-large garlic is closely
related to the leek. 5-7 cloves per bulb and is a good choice for a
milder garlic flavor.
Inchelium Red
- Mid
season. Originated from the Colville Indian Reservation in
Washington. Considered by some to be the oldest garlic in North
America. Denser and heavier than most garlics. Mild, but

Xian - Early season. A very rare garlic
which originated from northeastern China. Taste is not too hot, but
very rich. This is one of Chester Aaron’s favorites and he was kind
